Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals—and even more about yourself. **Responsibilities and attributions** **DATA:** Location: Maracanaú Applications until: 05/23/26 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements by adhering to company-established guidelines and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 standards, the Good Sense 5S Program, and other procedures of the Integrated Management System (IMS). * Assist production machine operators in tissue paper converting (rewinding), ensuring maximum process efficiency and effectiveness while following safety norms and established standard procedures for quality and production, guaranteeing adherence to pre-determined product parameters. * Support the rewinder operator when necessary. * Ensure proper operation of the rewinder, guaranteeing final product quality meets pre-established customer specifications. * Guide other operators within your area of responsibility (including Level 1 rewinder operators), clarifying and/or resolving possible doubts to maintain desired and established production levels with required quality. * Align pending issues and process-related information with previous shifts, verifying incident notifications such as problems, corrective maintenance, and non-conformities. * Perform production changeovers based on the production order, following established procedures. Guarantee maximum process efficiency and effectiveness, and assist Level 1 packaging and rewinder operators in this activity. * Ensure proper functioning of equipment within your area of responsibility through daily inspection checklists, reporting deviations related to safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, among others. * Moderate performance meetings for the production line in your area of responsibility, ensuring participation from other conversion line operators.
