Job Summary: Commercial Consultant focused on sales and customer service for vehicle protection plans, managing leads and the customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and follow-up of leads and customers via telephone and WhatsApp. 2. Participation in commercial meetings and team alignment sessions. 3. Management of the existing customer portfolio. Conduct sales of vehicle protection plans via telephone calls and WhatsApp; Handle and follow up on leads generated by the company; Perform follow-up with interested customers; Record customer information and interactions in the CRM system; Participate in commercial meetings and team alignment sessions; Manage and monitor the existing customer portfolio. **Position:** Commercial Consultant **Contract Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Benefits:** Remuneration between R$ 1.500,00 and R$ 4.000,00; Sales commissions; Performance-based bonuses; Existing customer portfolio for servicing. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Experience in sales or commercial customer service; Strong verbal communication skills and ease in handling telephone and WhatsApp interactions; Commercial profile focused on results; Organizational skills for recording and tracking information in the CRM.
