Act as a mediator and handle sensitive situations **What We Need for This Position** Operations Analysts will be responsible for receiving company demand and managing the activity (initiation, control, and monitoring) of passenger boarding and deboarding, ensuring service quality, response time, and outcomes for the served area. **What You’ll Do Daily** * Provide professional assistance and service to the company (clients and entrepreneurs) to enhance their experience and satisfaction; * Deliver efficient and prompt service at a high quality level; * Handle requests from the company (clients and entrepreneurs) via the computerized communication system, such as: e\-Mail, Chat, WhatsApp, Telephone; * Modify, change, and/or cancel services requested by the company; * Act as a mediator, where applicable, to resolve complaints/questions between the initial client and the end client; * Handle conflict situations and support partner entrepreneurs and passengers in sensitive situations, such as involvement in an accident, for example; * Achieve defined goals in terms of both quality and quantity, providing professional assistance and service to clients to improve company satisfaction; * Collect requested information; * Clearly communicate all requested information to the company and entrepreneurs. **What’s Important to Have in Your Background** * Completed High School; * Basic Office software proficiency; * Experience in Call Center and/or Fleet management.
