Respond to and assist assignees via e\-mail and/or phone regarding training course purchases. Input the annual training calendar into the Motiva Airports Academy platform, carefully monitoring and reporting errors that could affect organization and course delivery. Manage the LMS or e\-commerce system by entering dates and releasing courses to the airport community. Support the Training Analyst in processing payments for courses delivered by the Motiva Airports Academy, adhering to Motiva’s supplier payment policies. Report and monitor errors generated by users of the Motiva Airports Academy platform, track solutions implemented, and disseminate updates to other team members. Coordinate with the Educational Solutions team to verify content released on the platform, conduct testing, release classes, and issue certificates. Support the Training Analyst in course summoning to fulfill the training matrix requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including employee participation, progress, and outcomes. This employee is also responsible for performing compliance and anti-bribery duties, as the position and area assigned carry a higher compliance and bribery risk than low-risk roles, and the activities under their control form part of Motiva’s compliance and anti-bribery management system, in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO 37301 and ISO 37001\. The employee is required to complete mandatory declarations and undertake specific training assigned by Motiva based on their performed activities.
