Job Summary: Supervises the cleaning team to ensure organization, maintenance, and hygiene of school environments, promoting a healthy and welcoming space. Key Highlights: 1. Foster a respectful and collaborative work environment Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of school environments through supervision of the cleaning team, control of cleaning supplies, and adherence to hygiene and safety protocols, thereby promoting a healthy and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and organize the cleaning team’s daily routine, assigning tasks according to planning and school needs. * Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols in common and specific areas (restrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, classrooms, etc.). * Conduct regular inspections to ensure service quality and proper condition of facilities. * Guide and train the team on correct use of cleaning products, equipment, and PPE. * Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, placing replenishment orders and preventing waste. * Support the team during emergency requests or peak workload periods, as needed. * Maintain active communication with other departments (coordination, maintenance, reception, etc.) to address joint requirements. * Safeguard team well-being by fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment. * Document incidents and report operational and personnel needs to immediate management. * Promote workplace safety practices and ensure all cleaning staff are informed about associated risks and regulations. * Perform other duties relevant to the area, as directed by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Knowledge of cleaning and sanitization techniques for facilities, including proper use and maintenance of cleaning products and equipment. * Inventory control and replenishment of cleaning supplies.
