




Job Summary: This professional will lead and oversee the accounting closing process, analyze and reconcile accounts, identify variances, and prepare financial statements. Key Highlights: 1. We seek individuals aligned with our values who wish to grow and develop alongside the institution. **We are looking for a professional who will:** * Lead and monitor the monthly and annual accounting closing process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines. * Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement (DRE) accounts, comparing the general ledger with analytical reports. * Identify, analyze, and justify significant variances in balance sheet and DRE balances, proposing and implementing necessary adjustments and corrections to ensure the reliability of financial statements. * Produce and analyze managerial accounting and financial reports, providing valuable insights for management decision-making. * Fully meet internal and external audit requirements by providing documentation, clarifications, and technical\-accounting support. * Ensure proper application of Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP) and international accounting standards (IFRS), with specific focus on CPC 48 \- Financial Instruments (equivalent to IFRS 9\).
