




Job Summary: The Cybersecurity Account Manager manages relationships with strategic customers, identifies new business opportunities, and presents information security solutions. Work with a team of highly qualified professionals *The Cybersecurity Account Manager will handle what shapes people's daily lives and join a team of highly qualified professionals committed to writing the future of information security — turning this vision into everyday reality.* *For us, Customer Focus, Collaboration, Excellence, Self-Development, Autonomy with Responsibility, and Entrepreneurial Mindset are our guiding principles to achieve our goal of keeping people connected and secure.* **Main Activities and Responsibilities (Actions)** * Manage relationships with strategic customers, acting as the focal point for cybersecurity-related requests. * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the existing customer base and prospects. * Conduct consultative meetings with decision-makers to understand needs and position appropriate solutions. * Strategically and personally present the full portfolio of cybersecurity solutions and services. * Develop commercial proposals focused on value-added offerings and technical-commercial alignment. * Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with emphasis on profitability and customer retention. * Manage the sales pipeline, updating opportunity statuses and forecasting revenue. * Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions. * Monitor project delivery to ensure contracted services are executed with excellence. * Track customer satisfaction metrics and propose continuous improvements to delivered services. * Maintain up-to-date CRM records with relevant information about customers and opportunities. * Conduct market and competitive analyses to refine outreach strategies and differentiation. * Represent the company at events, trade shows, and meetings with partners and technology vendors. * Strengthen relationships with cybersecurity solution vendors by participating in trainings and campaigns. * Produce executive reports and performance presentations for senior management and related departments. **Structure** * Department/Division: Commercial * Reports To: Director Requirements: ***Requirements - Hard Skills*** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the Cybersecurity sector. * Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. * Certifications and/or courses in sales techniques. * Cybersecurity sales certifications (e.g., Check Point Sales Certificate). * Hands-on experience developing and presenting commercial and technical proposals. * Intermediate/Advanced English for conversation. ***Requirements - Soft Skills*** * Persuasive * Self-managed * Effective communicator * Positive attitude (good humor) * Resilient * Open to change * Collaborative Benefits Salary: To be discussed Variable Compensation: To be defined Benefits: Meal Voucher, Food Allowance R$ 42.00 per day, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Childcare Assistance, SESC, Gympass (Sulamerica Partnership), Investment in training and development Work Model: Hybrid, with occasional requirements for site visits and event participation.
