We are looking for an engaged and analytical IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. On-site position. **Responsibilities:** * Open, manage, and close service tickets; * Provide Level 1 technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues and incidents; * Deliver customer support remotely or on-site via support channels (chat, phone, e\-mail, or ticket management tools); * Manage the entire ticket lifecycle—from opening the ticket, gathering information, to executing actions required to fulfill the request; * Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems and devices; * Analyze and plan actions, implement corrective measures, and escalate when necessary; * Document procedures and problem resolutions; * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of technical support; * Basic knowledge of network configuration; * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Basic knowledge of software installation; * Basic knowledge of hardware, printer and multifunction device configuration. **Preferred Differentiating Traits:** * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; * Time management (productivity vs. delivery); * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Active listening; * Analytical ability; * Problem-solving skills. **Growth Opportunities** * Company-sponsored training and certifications. * Challenging and dynamic environment. * Career advancement opportunities in information security.
