Job Summary: An information security professional to manage projects and maintenance in multicloud environments, with a focus on Microsoft and Google Workspace, and expertise in compliance and governance. You will be responsible for leading projects and maintenance activities related to information security in multicloud environments, with emphasis on the Microsoft (Azure, Microsoft 365\) and Google Workspace ecosystems. You will apply security, compliance, and governance best practices with strategic vision and risk mitigation focus, ensuring protection of the organization’s digital assets. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main activities:** * Participate in implementation, maintenance, and security assessment projects for Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. * Define, configure, and review security, compliance, and governance policies aligned with frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and LGPD. * Implement and manage identity and access controls (IAM, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC) and data security (DLP, information classification, encryption). * Configure, optimize, and support native security tools, including: Microsoft Defender (for Endpoint, for Office 365, for Identity, for Cloud Apps), Microsoft Intune, Azure Security Center / Defender for Cloud, Google Workspace Security Center, DLP, and Google Workspace security rules. * Conduct multicloud security posture assessments for clients and prepare technical and executive reports. * Collaborate with teams such as SOC, Red Team, and Governance to integrate alerts, incidents, and policies. * Support the commercial and pre-sales teams in gathering technical requirements and preparing proposals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Security, Cyber Defense, IT Management, or related fields. * Proven experience of at least 3 years in information security applied to cloud computing environments, with consistent involvement in the Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace ecosystems. * Proficiency in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and data protection across both platforms. * Expertise in M365 Security & Compliance (Defender Suite, Purview, Intune) and Azure Security (Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, Key Vault). * Experience with Google Workspace Security Center, DLP, information classification, sharing controls, and advanced authentication configurations. * Practical knowledge of CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, LGPD, and GDPR. * Experience in cloud-related incident investigation and response. * Ability to produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and executive reports. **It would be a plus if you also have:** * Microsoft: SC\-200, SC\-300, SC\-400, AZ\-500 * Google: Professional Google Workspace Administrator, Professional Cloud Security Engineer * Others: CISSP, CCSP (ISC²), CompTIA Security\+ * Experience with other clouds (AWS, GCP, OCI) in security contexts. * Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR (Microsoft Sentinel, SecOps). * Experience automating security tasks using PowerShell, KQL, and APIs. **Additional Information** At Redbelt Security, we believe everyone has the potential to play a key role in mutual growth.
