System operation and confidentiality of information **Description** A professional responsible for interviewing families and completing registration forms at households, service centers, or mobile outreach activities, providing family assistance related to the Single Registry (Cadastro Único). Provides information to families during the interview process and explains the objectives of the CadÚnico; conducts screening; identifies needs; advises on Single Registry programs; enters data directly into the Single Registry System and/or types information into the system after completing paper-based interviews. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer questionnaires: identify oneself to the interviewee/family head; complete questionnaires/forms manually and digitally; verify Single Registry validation in the system; collect demographic and socioeconomic information at households; fill out spreadsheets and other tools provided; archive registration forms; * Register families at households; indicate exclusions and updates to registrations; register, update, and re-register families; * Verify information consistency: detect errors in questionnaire/form completion; correct, verify, and validate collected information; * Conduct screening: interview the family head; schedule home visits; clarify doubts; * Identify the family’s situation and head based on official documents; * Clarify the objectives of the Single Registry, identify the family’s needs, refer to competent authorities if necessary, organize information and documents for internal control, advise on social programs and public policies, and conduct active outreach to families; * Interview families at households, shelters/institutions, external locations, and communities; verify the accuracy of information at households; serve traditional and specific population groups (e.g., Indigenous villages, Quilombola communities, undocumented individuals, etc.); participate in mass registration events and mobile outreach activities; * Safeguard and maintain confidentiality of workplace information as well as information provided by users; * Provide necessary guidance to users regarding all social programs using the Social Identification Number (NIS) and eligibility criteria; advise families on procedures required to maintain their Single Registry status; * Operate systems: use web/online systems related to the Single Registry and the Bolsa Família Program (Federal Government system).
