Description
**Provide client services for the firm across various matters, focusing on document analysis, drafting procedural filings, negotiation support, and developing strategies to maximize case success and mitigate risks, while ensuring compliance with legal regulations, contributing to the achievement of defined goals and legal security; act as a negotiator and conflict resolver, guaranteeing clear and efficient resolution with a consistent focus on results; additionally, participate in multiple stages of judicial proceedings—from analyzing and drafting defenses to representing clients in court—aiming to mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver optimal legal solutions that maximize returns on clients’ matters.**
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* **Monitor and manage the portfolio of judicial and administrative cases for clients; guide the review and development of procedural filings and general legal documents; and prepare case reports and contingency reports using the firm’s proprietary system;**
* **Draft and execute legal instruments of varying complexity, assess risks, conduct legal diagnostics, and recommend optimal legal alternatives to achieve the firm’s corporate objectives.**
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Bachelor’s degree in Law with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); postgraduate qualifications in Civil Procedure or Civil Law are advantageous;**
* **Minimum of six months’ experience in law firms or corporate legal departments; advanced knowledge of Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law, with emphasis on drafting procedural filings and contractual analysis; negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to work collaboratively in teams; and excellent oral and written communication skills;**

* **Knowledge of Civil and Procedural Law, legal research, drafting and preparation of procedural filings, deadline and case management, negotiation skills, and professional ethics.**
