Description
### **Job Description**
Work with a company in the Radio and TV sector, joining a team responsible for developing, evolving, and maintaining high-business-impact iOS applications. The professional will work on large-scale projects (involving iOS and tvOS ecosystems), contributing to building robust, high-performance, and user-centric digital experiences.
We seek a professional with solid native Apple development experience, advanced analytical ability, and a collaborative mindset — acting as a technical reference for the team, contributing to solution evolution, dissemination of best practices, and mentoring junior developers.
The position requires an evolutionary architecture vision, commitment to software quality, focus on performance and scalability, and continuous improvement of products and development processes.
### **Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop and evolve native iOS and tvOS applications using industry-standard software engineering practices;
* Analyze, maintain, and evolve application architectures, proposing improvements and complex or full refactorings when necessary;
* Actively participate in technical design decisions and long-term architectural choices for projects;
* Write clean, smell-free, reusable, scalable code aligned with team standards;
* Conduct thorough code reviews and provide rich feedback and improvement suggestions;
* Support implementation of solutions focused on performance, security, scalability, and observability;
* Integrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs;
* Contribute to improving development processes, automation pipelines, and continuous integration (CI/CD);
* Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying memory bottlenecks (ARC), CPU usage, and network resource consumption;
* Participate in defining, implementing, and increasing unit test coverage and quality assurance strategies;
* Share knowledge with the team through mentoring, pair programming, and dissemination of best practices;
* Support onboarding of new professionals and contribute to technical development and team follow-up;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, and other departments involved in the development lifecycle.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
### **Technical Knowledge**
* Solid experience in native Apple development using Swift;
* Advanced knowledge and deep understanding of UIKit;
* Extensive experience with VIPER architecture and familiarity with other modern patterns (MVVM, MVP, VIP);
* Knowledge of design patterns (Facade, Adapter, Factory, Singleton, Builder, Abstract, etc.);
* Experience with project modularization and Feature Flag techniques;
* Advanced expertise in dependency management using CocoaPods and SPM (Swift Package Manager);
* Experience with concurrency and asynchronous programming using GCD (DispatchQueue, OperationQueue, Async/Await);

* Advanced proficiency in version control using Git and the GitFlow workflow;
* Expert-level experience with Xcode IDE and supporting tools (Xcodegen, Instruments);
* Knowledge of unit testing, manual testing, and snapshot testing libraries;
* Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) ecosystem and pipeline construction capability;
* Familiarity with Firebase, Google Analytics, and incident monitoring/correction via Crashlytics;
* Experience building performant interfaces and scalable components using Design Systems;
* Knowledge of various frontend implementation techniques (Storyboards, Xibs, Auto Layout, ViewCode, and SwiftUI);
* Understanding of performance optimization, energy efficiency, and memory management via ARC (Automatic Reference Counting);
* Experience monitoring and analyzing performance using Instruments and layout/network debugging tools;
* Knowledge of basic security concepts related to data persistence, HTTPS, and authentication mechanisms;
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and task-tracking tools (Jira);
* Proficiency in Clean Code principles and ability to articulate technical arguments about code fragments.
### **Nice-to-Have**
* In-depth experience with SwiftUI and Threads;
* Experience building pipelines using auxiliary automation languages (Ruby, Python, etc.);
* Practical understanding of Bitrise integration workflows;
* Knowledge of project modularization using XcodeGen or similar tools;
* Familiarity with Apple’s design patterns (identifying deviations from standards);
* Experience leading technical projects and initiatives;
* Active participation in the Apple community through technical content creation, articles, talks, or presentations;
* Contributions or PRs submitted to prominent open-source community repositories.
### **Behavioral Competencies**

* Proactivity, ownership mindset, and active listening;
* Strong teamwork and cross-disciplinary collaboration (interaction with QA, UX, Design, Product);
* Mentoring, coaching, and professional development capabilities;
* Analytical thinking and maturity to mediate and resolve conflicts through open communication;
* Ability to influence long-term technical decisions and promote Clean Code best practices;
* Product mindset (empathy with end users) and ability to identify improvements;
* Adaptability to dynamic, highly complex environments and understanding of media business context;
