UTUA operates traffic arbitrage in \~50 countries and is rebuilding its operations to be AI\-first, with the **Cortex & Sinapse** platform placing AI agents at the core of decision\-making. For this to work, someone must build the technical backbone of this platform. That someone is you. **What you will build:** * Production Event Store on Google Cloud: typed, versioned, idempotent events with mandatory provenance * Workflow Engine using Temporal to orchestrate integration with critical operational systems * MCP server infrastructure that serves platform intelligence tools to agents * CI/CD, observability, and platform security built from scratch, with direct visibility to the CTO **What we’re looking for:** * Solid experience with production\-grade event\-driven architecture (event sourcing, append\-only logs, idempotency) * Durable workflow orchestration (Temporal preferred; Cadence or sagas also count) * Proficiency with Google Cloud (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Firestore, IAM) and senior Python skills * Active use of generative AI as a development accelerator—not as a novelty **Contract model:** PJ **Compensation:** To be discussed
