Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for ensuring site security by conducting preventive actions and inspections, maintaining a courteous demeanor, and proactively responding to incidents. Proactively safeguard people, facilities, and materials. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed or ongoing high school education. * Valid and up-to-date Security Guard Training Course certification. * Basic computer skills. * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule. * Personal vehicle. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor the area to ensure site security, paying close attention to the movement of people and vehicles. * Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. * Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. * Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their staff. * Provide any information or assistance requested by the immediate supervisor. * Perform visible security duties to protect people, facilities, and materials, thereby deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client’s interests—whether criminal or not—while complying with legal requirements. * Follow all directives and procedures established for the assigned post. * Prepare daily reports for the assigned shift/post as stipulated by the company. * Assume responsibility for custody of assigned materials (firearms, documentation, and post equipment). * Complete required documents for job performance (e.g., guard logbook and time card). * In case of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, prioritizing personal safety and protecting entrusted assets. * Perform other duties inherent to the role. **WORK LOCATION:** VINHEDO - SP Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$2.271,74 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
