Job Summary: Operate crawler tractors to perform earthmoving, material handling, and shaping tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate crawler tractors for earthmoving and material handling 2. Perform leveling, finishing, and slope formation 3. Support loading operations and ensure equipment preservation Job Duties Operate crawler tractors to perform earthmoving, material handling, and shaping tasks; Carry out leveling and finishing of operational areas; Form slopes on tailings dams to support excavation and loading operations; Perform material placement, spreading, cutting, stacking, and shaping in operational areas; Construct and maintain access roads, ramps, and working platforms; Support loading operations by maintaining work faces in suitable condition for excavator operation; Conduct daily machine inspections, complete operational checklists, and report any irregularities; Operate equipment in accordance with established operational procedures, safety, environmental, and quality standards set by the company and client; Ensure proper equipment preservation, cleanliness, and usage, reporting requirements for preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements:** Completed elementary education (high school completion preferred); Minimum one (1) year of documented work experience as Machinery Operator/Tractor Operator in employment record book; Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category D or E; Experience in mining operations, tailings dams, and earthmoving is preferred; Knowledge of safety standards, operational inspection, and crawler tractor operation.
