ANB FARMA is seeking a highly qualified Logistics Supervisor to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products and ensuring efficiency and agility in our logistics operations. **Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM** Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate logistics team activities, ensuring achievement of established goals and deadlines; * Plan and organize transportation, storage, distribution, and inventory control activities; * Monitor and analyze logistics performance indicators, proposing continuous process improvements; * Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage and losses; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards set by regulatory authorities; * Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers to build strategic partnerships; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Leadership experience in logistics, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector; * Solid knowledge of inspection and verification processes; * Experience managing teams, with ability to motivate and develop employees.
