**Internship Position – Customer Service** **Location:** Clínica Pontinho Azul – Aldeota Neighborhood, Fortaleza/CE **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **7:00 AM to 1:00 PM** (30 hours per week) **About the Position:** We have an internship opportunity aimed at students who wish to work in customer service within a therapeutic clinic serving children and adolescents. If you enjoy welcoming, guiding, and communicating effectively, this position may be ideal for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer interaction (in-person and via telephone); * Clarifying questions regarding the clinic’s services; * Making and receiving phone calls; * Routing calls to the responsible departments; * Assisting with administrative tasks; * Presenting service estimates and providing guidance on clinical service fees; * Scheduling appointments; * Registering patients; * Sending appointment confirmation messages (the day before); * Communicating with patients via messages and various notifications. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **Administration, Languages, Human Resources, Psychology (early years)**, or related fields; * Minimum of **one year remaining until course completion**; * Availability for **on-site internship** in the **Aldeota neighborhood – Fortaleza/CE**; * Affinity and interest in working with **children and adolescents**; * Strong oral and written communication skills, organization, and responsibility. **Benefits:** * **Stipend: BRL 1,000.00/month** * **Attendance bonus** * **Performance bonus** * **Career development plan** * Contract compliant with the **Brazilian Internship Law**
