




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing Drying and Threshing operations, ensuring performance, quality, safety, and compliance with procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing Drying and Threshing operations at the Formosa/GO processing unit, ensuring operational performance, product quality, personnel safety, and adherence to procedures and corporate guidelines. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor Drying and Threshing operational activities during the assigned shift; * Ensure standardization, updating, and compliance with operational procedures, standard operating sheets, and process orders; * Guarantee adherence to quality and safety standards, as well as the company's corporate policies; * Lead and guide permanent and temporary teams, promoting operational alignment and process discipline; * Ensure reliability of process records, data analysis, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify and address deviations, implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Conduct periodic safety, quality, and process dialogues; * Focus on continuous improvement and support supervision during both harvest and off-harvest periods. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Competencies and Profile:** * Experience in production areas; * Leadership ability, skill in leading teams, promoting shift alignment, and ensuring process discipline; * Proactive, organized, and analytical profile with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and results orientation; * Teamwork skills, clear communication, and collaborative interaction with support functions (maintenance, quality, safety); * Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Work Schedule:** * Availability to work rotating shifts.
