Opportunity for professional growth **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to join our cafeteria team in Pinheiros. We are looking for someone passionate about gastronomy, attentive to detail, and who enjoys working in a welcoming and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and assemble dishes, sandwiches, salads, pies, and other menu items; * Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; * Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with purchase orders; * Support the development of new recipes and menu suggestions; * Ensure product quality standards and presentation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in kitchen operations, preferably in cafeterias, bistros, or bakeries; * Knowledge of good food handling practices; * Agility, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills; * Availability to work on weekends and holidays, as scheduled. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in pastry or artisanal baking; * Interest in healthy gastronomy and artisanal products. **We Offer:** * A welcoming and collaborative work environment; * On-site meals; * Opportunity for professional growth.
