With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Contribute to the deployment of strategic goals into operational objectives. * Support the development, review, and monitoring of organizational goals. * Collect, analyze, and maintain up-to-date performance indicators (KPIs) and goals. * Identify deviations and propose action plans for continuous improvement of results, under guidance. * Support the creation of management dashboards and reports. * Support the development of presentation and results communication materials. * Participate in strategic alignment meetings with internal departments. * Operate performance and goal management systems (data entry, configuration, updates). * Ensure compliance with internal policies and sound management practices. * Support internal communication campaigns related to performance, goals, and results. * Contribute to leadership and team capacity building regarding management methodologies. * Act as a facilitator of best practices in performance management across departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Proven experience applying the PDCA methodology (Plan, Do, Check, Act). * Ability to structure action plans, monitor indicators, conduct critical analyses, and propose evidence-based corrective actions. * Experience in results-driven environments, with direct involvement in identifying deviations and implementing solutions. * Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively; * Excellent communication skills, interpersonal relationship abilities, and capacity to influence stakeholders; * Resilience and adaptability to manage change and necessary adjustments. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Private Pension Plan * Meal Allowance (VR) and Food Allowance (VA) * Transportation Allowance * Christmas Basket * Additional Vacation Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity Leave * Extended Paternity Leave * Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub Partnership (Gympass) * Profit-Sharing Program – PPR The new Sabesp is far more than a sanitation company.
