Job details: We are seeking a **Financial Supervisor** to join our team at a furniture manufacturing company, playing a strategic and operational role in **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and coordination with accounting**. **Key responsibilities:** * Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Monitor cash flow and payment scheduling; * Perform bank reconciliations; * Support collection processes and delinquency control; * Interface with the accounting department, ensuring accurate submission of documents and information; * Analyze Statements of Income (DRE); * Execute treasury routines, including cash flow management and payments; * Support financial and budgetary planning; * Prepare financial reports and controls to assist management; * Lead the finance department team; * Ensure organization and adherence to deadlines; * Contribute to organizing and improving departmental processes. **Requirements:** · Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; · Prior experience in this role; · Knowledge of financial management and key performance indicators; · Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; · Analytical, organized, and leadership-oriented profile. · Willingness to work on-site in Eusébio – CE.
