If this profile resonates with you and you wish to be part of an excellence- and results-oriented team, apply now and build a promising future with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise the Operational Control Center (CCO) operations, ensuring effective highway monitoring, appropriate deployment of operational resources, and efficient incident management—contributing to traffic safety, fluidity, and compliance with concession quality and performance standards. * Real-Time Operations Management: Supervise continuous highway monitoring via video surveillance systems (CCTV), variable message signs (VMS), emergency telephones (SOS), traffic sensors, and radio communication; * Incident Coordination: Ensure prompt response to accidents, breakdowns, weather-related events, and other incidents by mobilizing and coordinating road inspection teams, tow trucks, ambulances, maintenance crews, and operational support teams; * Team Management: Lead and guide CCO operators and traffic controllers, ensuring correct application of operational protocols and excellence in demand logging and response; * Procedure Standardization: Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal regulations, and guidelines issued by ANTT or other regulatory bodies for incident response and reporting; * Field Team Interface: Maintain effective communication with highway operational teams (traffic, pre-hospital care, signage, maintenance, etc.), providing guidance and real-time oversight of incident resolution; * Data and Indicator Analysis: Monitor CCO operational indicators (response time, resolution time, incident volume, etc.) and propose process improvements based on data and analysis; * Team Training: Conduct periodic training and refresher courses for CCO operators, ensuring continuous qualification in response handling, system usage, and crisis management; * Construction and Event Monitoring: Monitor and coordinate signage and communications for construction works, scheduled road closures, and special events on the highway, minimizing traffic impact; * Reporting and Recordkeeping: Supervise accurate incident logging in management systems (SGO or equivalent), consolidate operational reports, and support audits and inspections; * Technology and Innovation: Collaborate in upgrading and refining monitoring and control systems to enhance CCO efficiency and modernization. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (mandatory); Driver’s License Category B; Prior experience in Operational Control Centers, control rooms, or highway, logistics, transportation, or security operations; Basic knowledge of operational supervision or leadership; Proficiency in CCO systems (video surveillance, radio, traffic sensors, incident management software). **Additional Information** On-site work in Jataí/GO; Administrative working hours (or as per company policy). The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. manages the MS-112 concession and segments of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends 200.5 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia. The BR-158 concession segment runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), covering 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 concession segment extends 18.10 kilometers from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. manages the BR-262 concession in Minas Gerais State, covering 438.9 kilometers—from km 360+100 at its junction with BR-381 in Betim to km 799 at its junction with BR-050 in Uberaba. This concession spans the Triângulo Mineiro region, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba.
