We are located in Lauro de Freitas, BA, a strategic hub for our services. **Job Description** We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and motivate the team, * Manage, supervise, and develop the sales promoter team; * Plan routes, schedules, and team distribution across points of sale; * Ensure proper execution of merchandising, product display, and promotional activities; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), sales targets, and commercial results; * Conduct periodic visits to customers and points of sale; * Negotiate shelf space, additional display locations, and improved product positioning; * Train and guide promoters on products, approach techniques, and commercial strategies; * Prepare management reports and present results to senior management; * Monitor inventory levels, stockouts, product expiration dates, and merchandise replenishment; * Ensure compliance with company standards and marketing strategies; * Resolve conflicts and provide operational support to the team; * Maintain relationships with customers, supervisors, and store managers; * Control promotional materials and resources provided to the team; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct standards, and internal policies. This is a full-time, position-of-trust role requiring on-site work in Lauro de Freitas, BA. **Qualifications** **Team Management and Sales Strategies:** Proven experience in the fresh produce (hortifruti) sector, leading sales promoter teams, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets. **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Strong ability to connect with customers, lead negotiations, and cultivate long-term business partnerships. Owning a personal vehicle will be considered a **plus**. Must hold an active driver's license categories A and B. **Compensation:** R$1.621,00 + 40% position-of-trust allowance + 30% hazard pay (motorcycle).
