Junior Stock Assistant

Description

The Stock Assistant is responsible for supporting the management, control, and organization of materials and equipment used by the company, ensuring proper storage, movement, and availability of items for the internet service provider's operations. The role involves receiving, inspecting, sorting, and distributing materials, as well as assisting with inventories and maintaining warehouse organization, thereby contributing to operational efficiency and corporate asset control. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills. * Prior experience in inventory control, warehousing, or logistics is desirable. * Basic knowledge of telecommunications and IT equipment is desirable. Advantages * Experience with internet service providers or telecommunications companies. * Knowledge of routers, modems, and network materials. * Receive and inspect materials delivered by suppliers, verifying quantities, quality, and specifications against invoices and purchase orders. * + Organize and store materials and equipment in the warehouse appropriately, ensuring identification, easy access, and preservation of items. + Control material inflows and outflows, recording movements in the internal stock system. + Sort, verify, and deliver materials and equipment to technical teams and other company departments according to internal requests. + Assist in conducting periodic inventories and stock counts, identifying potential discrepancies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, adhering to company-established standards. + Assist in controlling equipment used for installations and maintenance, such as routers, modems, connectors, cables, and tools. + Perform basic cleaning, simple testing, and support initial configuration of routers and modems. + Support asset control and organization of returned or damaged equipment. + Strictly comply with the company's safety, health, and environmental regulations.
