Job Summary: Professional responsible for vehicle intake and transfer, administrative control, scheduling, and logistical support for all Group dealerships. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of vehicle inventory and administrative processes. 2. Dynamic involvement with multiple dealerships across the Group. 3. Register vehicles into inventory; Transfer vehicles between inventories and verify physical inventory; Record, monitor, and file invoices and service orders; Verify invoices, payment statements, and bank slips; Organize administrative processes, prepare reports, and create spreadsheets; Handle claim opening and closing; Schedule services while monitoring execution time; Request materials to meet yard requirements; Maintain a visual management board for accessories; Plan vehicle transportation and schedule the tow truck driver; Provide services to all Group dealerships. High school diploma required; Intermediate computer skills; Driver's license category B required, along with driving ability; Proficiency in sales administrative processes; This position is open to persons with disabilities (PCD).
