This professional will be responsible for attending to customers and clarifying inquiries, executing sales, and achieving targets. ***Job Responsibilities and Activities:*** Responsible for customer service via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other online channels, performing sales, negotiations, and commercial support—with emphasis on service quality and deal closure. Engages in customer prospecting, quotation preparation, order placement and follow-up, after-sales support, and maintenance of commercial relationships—aiming to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Provides service to clarify questions regarding products, pricing, delivery timelines, and processes; also places orders and forwards them to the system and Logistics department for billing and shipment. Also contacts suppliers, when necessary, to obtain technical or commercial product information. Assists in organizing the workplace, monitoring commercial performance indicators, and carrying out complementary tasks as requested by leadership. Participates in internal training sessions and other development initiatives promoted by the company. ***Requirements*** Proven experience in sales, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or personal hygiene sectors, with goal-oriented mindset; Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proactivity, dynamism, and organizational ability. Completed high school education (college degree in related fields currently pursued or completed is desirable). Basic computer literacy.
