We offer a dynamic work environment with real growth opportunities for professionals seeking to start or advance their careers in the automotive sector. **About the position** We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support our sales team in daily store operations, directly contributing to customer experience and team performance. **Main responsibilities** * Assist in vehicle presentations at the showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience * Support the vehicle sales and invoicing process * Conduct proactive customer prospecting via phone and WhatsApp * Monitor customer interactions alongside the sales team * Organize and maintain an attractive and presentable showroom * Perform other duties relevant to the role **Mandatory requirements** * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) * Completed high school education * Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude * Basic proficiency in WhatsApp and digital tools **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)** * Prior experience in sales or customer service * Interest in the automotive industry * Personal client database **Working hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 2-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Remuneration** To be negotiated **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: Up to R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Life insurance Work location: On-site
