Training and documentation for effective usage **Description:** ---------------- We are seeking a Google Workspace Analyst responsible for end-to-end platform management, ensuring security, operational efficiency, and advanced technical support for users. This person will administer the console, implement security policies, analyze logs, perform optimizations and automations, and deliver training and documentation to promote effective tool usage across the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Google Workspace administration and advanced support (levels 2 and 3\). * Configuration and management of domains, organizational units (OUs), and security groups. * License management, security policies, and compliance configurations (Vault, DLP). * Implementation and management of MFA/2FA and security keys. * Audit and analysis of access logs to identify risks and trends. * Google Drive security administration and policy management. * Mobile endpoint management (MDM). * Platform usage analysis to propose optimizations and automations (including Google Apps Script). * Development of technical documentation and best-practice guides. * Delivery of training sessions, workshops, and adoption initiatives for users and leaders. * **Requirements:** ----------------- * Mandatory certification: Google Workspace Administrator (or equivalent). * Proficiency with GWS tools: Gmail, Drive, Meet, Docs, Sheets, etc. * Experience with security policies, compliance, auditing, and MDM. * Knowledge of automations and scripting (Apps Script preferred). * Solid experience in technical support and Google console administration. **Behavioral Skills** * Effective communication: clarity in explaining complex changes and training users. * Troubleshooting: ability to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve incidents. * Customer orientation: focus on ensuring Google Workspace fully meets users’ productivity needs.
