Job Summary: Quality Analyst responsible for coordinating the QMS, monitoring KPIs, conducting audits, and handling nonconformities in the automotive and aerospace industries. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate the review and approval of Quality Management System documents 2. Conduct internal audits and supplier audits, and accompany external audits 3. Handle nonconformities, inspect products, and verify inspection processes **About the company:** The Polyhose is a company specialized in supplying products and services to the Automotive and Aerospace Industries, located in Itu/SP. **Position: Quality Analyst** **Main responsibilities:** * Coordinate the review, modification, and approval of Quality Management System (QMS) documents; * Monitor departmental KPIs; * Conduct internal audits and supplier audits; * Accompany external audits; * Track and handle internal product nonconformities (RNC); * Perform product inspections and dimensional testing; * Verify Quality inspection station processes; * Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans; * Liaise with public agencies as required (CETESB, Municipal Government, IBAMA, DAEE, etc); * Support organizational activities within the department. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of Quality tools (Core Tools) and Quality Management Systems (IATF, VDA 6.3 and ISO 14001); * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM in Itu/SP.
