Description: Support the Finance Department in administrative and operational routines, contributing to document organization, information control, spreadsheet updates, and team support requests.

Responsibilities and Duties
* Assist in entering data into spreadsheets and systems, updating records, and organizing financial documents (invoices, receipts, contracts);
* Perform basic verification of information and values, ensuring data consistency, always under team review;
* Assist in managing due dates, requesting and sending documents, digitization, updating registrations, and other financial and administrative routines;
* Contribute to generating simple reports and support basic reconciliation checks, without final responsibility for outcomes;
* Assist in contacting suppliers and customers to request documents, confirm information, or organize pending items;
* Participate in financial routines and internal/external audits, focusing on learning about controls and processes;
* Attend internal meetings to understand workflows and support the team as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools;
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities;
* Availability to intern 30 hours per week.
