Professional responsible for producing and organizing documents, reports, spreadsheets, managing communication with clients and judicial authorities, as well as reception duties and material control.

Responsibilities include producing and organizing documents, reports, and spreadsheets; issuing payment slips; communicating with clients and judicial authorities; controlling materials via email or mobile phone; managing and organizing office supplies and related items.
Additionally, performing general reception tasks (low volume of in-person visitors), such as receiving clients, answering telephone calls, and receiving in-person documentation.
Operating proprietary systems, performing registration procedures, digitizing documents, and handling digital and physical files.
Prior experience in this role is not required, but general knowledge of law or experience in a law firm may be an advantage.
This position is open to law students, provided they are available to work a 44-hour weekly schedule under CLT employment terms.
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
