We are currently expanding and seeking a committed, communicative, and results-oriented sales professional. **Responsibilities** * Conduct active and reactive prospecting of customers interested in buying or selling industrial machinery. * Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to negotiation closure. * Provide consultative service by presenting available machinery and understanding customer needs. * Perform follow-up, negotiate pricing, track proposals, and ensure an excellent customer experience. * Source machinery for purchase by identifying equipment owners wishing to sell. * Enter negotiation information into the internal system. * Achieve individual monthly targets and contribute to team performance. * Maintain ethical, professional conduct aligned with the company’s commercial policies. **Desired Profile** * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple negotiations simultaneously. * Strong commercial mindset with goal orientation. * Willingness to learn technical specifications of industrial machinery. * Proactive attitude and strong client relationship skills.
