Essential support for the daily operation of a studio complex. The **BlackFrame Studios**, part of **BMS\&Co.**, is a professional studio complex spanning over 1,000 m², located in Lapa, São Paulo. We serve as the setting for major productions, hosting renowned brands and artists for podcast recordings, commercials, live streams, and corporate events. Our environment is dynamic, modern, and focused on excellence. We seek a careful professional to ensure our physical infrastructure remains consistently impeccable for our clients and partners. **Job Description:** We are looking for someone detail-oriented and organized to handle hygiene and organization across our offices, VIP areas, dressing rooms, and studios. In addition to standard cleaning routines, the candidate will be responsible for preparing daily coffee and supporting kitchen/canteen organization after events and recordings. **Main Responsibilities:** * Clean and sanitize office rooms, recording studios, restrooms, mezzanines, and common lounges. * Prepare coffee for internal staff, clients, and visitors throughout the day. * Wash dishes and maintain routine organization of the support kitchen/canteen. * Properly collect waste and keep circulation areas organized. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and kitchen consumables (coffee, sugar, disposables, paper, soap). * Store and organize cleaning accessories and supplies after use. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in corporate cleaning, hospitality, or studios (preferred). * Extremely discreet, proactive, and careful attitude toward equipment and settings. * Completed elementary education. **Work Location** * Lapa, São Paulo \- SP (near the train station). **Employment Type: CLT** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Meal Voucher/Food Benefit (Caju) Transportation Voucher (Caju) 2 online consultations per month with a psychologist and/or nutritionist (Caju) **Immediate Start** Salary: R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately?
