Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing the company premises, ensuring a suitable environment for clients, suppliers, and employees, as well as managing inventory control and restocking supplies. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring suitable conditions for everyone. 2. Keep the pantry and meeting rooms organized and well-stocked, guaranteeing their usability. 3. Proactively contribute to achieving the department’s objectives. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company premises, ensuring suitable conditions for serving clients and suppliers, and supporting employee activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform general cleaning services. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and customer service rooms, ensuring availability for use. * Monitor inventory levels of cleaning and pantry supplies, submitting purchase requests to the Receptionist based on demand. * Keep pantry equipment and appliances clean and fully stocked, ensuring proper functionality. * Restock cleaning and pantry supplies, ensuring availability for company clients and staff. * Serve water and coffee to clients during meetings, upon request. * Perform other duties inherent to this position not specified above, as required by the company. * Perform other related tasks as assigned by immediate leadership, proactively contributing to achieving departmental objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completion of elementary education preferred; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance (R$800.00) * Transportation allowance * SECONCI * Total Pass * Life insurance * Health plan * Dental plan At **Sousa Andrade**, we build more than spaces—we build stories, opportunities, and a solid future for everyone who walks alongside us.
