Support the team in the daily operational routine of the VIP lounge BRT Lounges is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our VIP lounge at Viracopos Airport. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist passengers in the VIP lounge courteously and efficiently * Perform access check-in and manage customer flow * Provide general information in Portuguese and English * Support the team in organizing and maintaining the lounge's daily operations **Requirements:** * Intermediate or advanced English (spoken) * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor * Prior experience in customer service is a plus * Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.882,04 - R$2.850,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
