After interviews, the recruiting company will inform the date and location of the PAT. Candidates are responsible for travel arrangements to the test. IMPORTANT: To participate in the PAT, candidates must present a medical certificate confirming good health, issued no more than 30 days prior to the test. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support management in monitoring potential changes in electricity sector regulation impacting the Company’s core processes; * Support the Company’s participation in Public Consultations, Public Hearings, and Subsidy Requests; * Support monitoring of compliance with current regulations by the Company’s business areas; * Monitor regulatory discussion forums with Agents, Associations, ANEEL, MME, EPE, and other agents or institutions; * Support management in identifying regulatory topics requiring improvement; * Support management in disseminating specialized knowledge on Transmission Regulation across the Company’s business areas, at different stages of project planning and implementation, facility access, regulated and service contracts, tariff adjustment and review processes for the Company and connected distributors, Transmission Auctions, ANEEL administrative requests and appeals, as well as supporting due diligence processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; * Prior experience working in the Electricity Sector. **Desirable:** * Technical English – Intermediate level. * Knowledge of Brazilian Electricity Sector Transmission Legislation and Regulation. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people power the energy that drives us.
