If you identify with this opportunity, join us in building the future together. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We’re seeking a **Test Analyst (QA)** who wants to work with us in a relaxed and dynamic environment, with continuous learning while developing large-scale projects for major national and international clients. We have offices in São Paulo and Chicago (USA), but our operations are fully remote—we prefer to call it *anywhere office*. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Validate contracts, business rules, and integrations via services/APIs and automation tools. * Create, maintain, and continuously improve automated backend scripts on a daily basis. * Ensure execution and maintenance of test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines. * Analyze backend documentation (e.g., Swagger) to design and execute functional and regression tests. * Map test scenarios, record evidence, and manage the bug lifecycle in Jira/Azure DevOps. * Participate in ceremonies, align rules with Developers and Product Owners, and support the evolution of QA culture. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * Prior experience as a QA Analyst / Test Analyst at the Mid-level. * Solid expertise in RestAssured for backend/API test automation. * Practical knowledge of API/Service testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or ThunderClient). * Technical skills and knowledge in Backend (Swagger): technical reading, test design, and execution of functional tests. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI / Azure DevOps). * Consistent hands-on experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing for web applications and APIs. * Agile methodologies: practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Knowledge (or advanced proficiency) in Playwright with TypeScript (Web Automation). * Experience with Docker (image creation, layers, containerization of tests). * Practical use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate QA workflows. * Prior experience in fintechs, payment processors, or benefits companies. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview * Hiring
