* EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR – Production (Knowledge of blow extruders, Carnevali and Rulli machines, LDPE monolayer and co-extruded plastic films, agricultural films, and industrial films, etc.) **Job Description** 1 \- Monitor and operate extrusion machines for plastic packaging production in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards. Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) to ensure efficiency and final product quality. 2 \- Perform die changes, adjustments, and machine configurations for new production batches. Inspect and identify potential mechanical or electrical failures and report them to the maintenance department. 3 \- Conduct visual inspections and physical tests on extruded products to ensure compliance with technical specifications. Complete quality and productivity reports. 4 \- Assist in training Grade D and C operators to develop their competencies. Serve as a technical reference within the department, guiding colleagues on complex processes. 5 \- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and maintenance of a clean and organized workplace. Promote continuous improvement in the workplace. Education/Experience 1 \- Completed high school. Technical course in Mechanics, Plastics, Industrial Production, or related fields is desirable. 2 \- Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating extrusion machines in the plastic packaging industry. Experience in an industrial environment, especially in operations involving continuous processes. Requirements 1 \- In-depth knowledge of extrusion machines and their operational processes. 2 \- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance. 3 \- Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical manuals and production orders. 5 \- Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts if required. 6 \- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
