If you enjoy challenges, join our successful team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Operate manual and low-complexity equipment (e.g., sanders, drills, screwdrivers, grinders, soldering irons, bench drills, etc.); * Fabricate parts and components following required procedures; * Perform manual finishing on parts used in equipment production; * Review requirements on production cards; * Organize materials; * Verify part quality through dimensional and visual inspection, in accordance with technical drawings; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of machines and equipment used; * Observe and comply with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental standards; * Keep the workplace clean and organized; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related tasks within your area of expertise, as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Education:** Completed high school **Desirable Knowledge:** Technical drawing (reading and interpretation); Metrology; Company's production system (Lean manufacturing); Additional Information: On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Profit-sharing and results-based bonuses paid semiannually Group life insurance Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses Internal parking for motorcycles and bicycles Employee association And much more!
