**Job Description:** ---------------------- Cooper Card is seeking a Fraud Prevention Analyst to monitor, analyze, and handle incidents related to fraud, disputes, and chargebacks. This professional will play an essential role in securing operations and ensuring high-quality customer service, contributing to risk mitigation and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities: - Provide support to internal and external customers (via phone and e\-mail); - Handle disputes and chargebacks, and follow up on disputes with card networks; - Register and track incidents with partners and suppliers; - Verify financial entries, reversals, and re-inclusions of purchases; - Monitor anti-fraud systems, transactions, IPs, and suspicious activities; - Validate registrations, data changes, and card reissues; - Analyze financial reports and fraud prevention systems; - Perform daily closing of internal systems; - Organize documents and area controls; - Propose improvements to fraud prevention processes; - Support training and onboarding of new team members. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields Experience in fraud prevention, chargebacks, or payment methods; Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of anti-fraud systems; Experience in the financial sector or acquiring services; Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,326\.01 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Allowance: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER SERVIÇOS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 12x36 shift schedule, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
