Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we’re looking for:** A proactive professional who helps the team identify technical improvement opportunities. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Mentoring on testing practices, tools, and concepts; refactoring; and supporting the QA team in designing complex and automated test scenarios; * Monitoring project roll-out processes, identifying and resolving issues—and, in cases of critical issues, leading the team as needed; * Identifying security vulnerabilities generated during or outside the development process, supporting their remediation, and documenting the identified scenarios; * Deep understanding of architecture models and practices, and supporting the architecture team in validating and designing solutions when required; * Maintaining a holistic view of the project and supporting the team in breaking down tasks and gaining clarity—aiming for improved delivery efficiency; * Monitoring and analyzing team metrics, suggesting process changes and adjustments in planning and alignment activities; * Documenting and demonstrating solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, graphs, code comments, and clean, readable code; * Ensuring the solution being built meets customer needs and incorporates best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Advanced knowledge in:** * **Hitachi Vantara Pentaho** (Integration and Analytics); * PostgreSQL (configuration, optimization, queries, and procedures); * SQL Server (configuration, optimization, queries, and procedures); * Node.js development. * Advanced or fluent English.
