Job Summary: Coordinate the tooling team to ensure productivity and quality, with a focus on maintenance, construction, and continuous improvement of stamping tools. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of industrial technical teams in stamping tooling. 2. Planning and monitoring of tool maintenance and construction. 3. Promotion of continuous improvement in processes and collaborative action. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the tooling team to ensure organization, productivity, and quality in deliverables. Plan and monitor maintenance, construction, and adjustments of stamping tools, ensuring availability for production. Track departmental KPIs and promote continuous process improvements. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to ensure operational efficiency. **Requirements:** Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Tooling, or related fields. Availability to work the second shift. Experience in stamping tooling, including maintenance, adjustments, and tool construction, as well as experience leading industrial technical teams. Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation, machining processes, and preventive and corrective tooling maintenance.
