Job Summary: Responsible for storing products, monitoring daily inventory levels, ensuring product availability in the sales area, and maintaining merchandise rotation. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient inventory and merchandise flow management. 2. Strict control over goods receipt and verification. 3. Proposal of improvements in inventory management. Store products correctly and conduct daily monitoring of excess inventory. Pay attention to stockouts in the sales area caused by products sitting idle in the warehouse, and maintain merchandise rotation. * Verify whether staff are following the daily routine; * Analyze warehouse inventory levels and report shortages or excesses to the store supervisor; * Before receiving goods, check the invoice date; if it is five days old or older, contact the buyer; * Verify that the invoice lists the address of the store that will receive the goods; * Receive goods only if they match the purchase order; otherwise, contact the buyer; * Verify deliveries, stamp and sign delivery receipts; * Compare delivered goods against the purchase order to ensure no extra items were included; * Follow correct procedures for goods receipt; * Propose improvements in inventory management; * Prohibit unauthorized entry or exit of employees and third parties through the goods receiving door; * Do not allow sales representatives into the warehouse without authorization; * Keep all doors locked when not actively receiving goods; * Before receiving any goods, organize the storage space first to prevent breakage and losses; * Monitor all incoming goods; * Check for excessive stock levels; * Prohibit informal chatting groups in the warehouse
