We are looking for a **Mid-Level Oracle Procurement Consultant** to work on support projects, serving both national and global clients across the Procurement modules of Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud. We seek a professional with solid functional experience, an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment—providing support and proposing solutions that ensure continuity and evolution of our clients’ business processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide operational support for Oracle Procurement environments; * Deliver functional support for the **Receiving (RI)** and **Purchasing (Oracle EBS)** modules, as well as **Oracle Procurement Cloud**; * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and enhancement requests; * Perform configurations and parameterizations when required; * Collaborate with key users and technical teams to understand and resolve requests; * Support continuous improvement of clients’ Procurement processes; * Serve national and international clients while ensuring service quality and adherence to defined service levels. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with the **Receiving (RI)** and **Purchasing (Purchasing)** modules of Oracle EBS; * Experience with **Oracle Procurement Cloud**; * Hands-on experience in Application Management Services (AMS)/support activities; * Knowledge of business processes in the Procurement domain; * Advanced English proficiency for communication with global clients; * Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and client relationship management. **Preferred Qualifications:** ----------------- * Spanish language proficiency; * Oracle certifications in the Procurement area; * Experience supporting international clients. **Additional Information** **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Analytical profile with strong problem-solving orientation; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and autonomy in managing tasks; * Organization and results-driven focus; * Commitment to delivering high-quality client service. **Working Hours:** Business hours — To be agreed upon **Employment Type:** Independent Contractor (PJ) **Work Model:** Hybrid — Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence required for specific projects. **WHO WE ARE:** We are digital transformation agents, and our mission is to deliver specialized consulting services in business solutions, cloud applications, and infrastructure.
