We are looking for a Store Manager to lead a team. The professional will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing people, and delivering financial results for the store, all aligned with the company's values and guidelines. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, ensuring an engaged and productive work environment; * Monitor daily performance indicators (merchandising, services, interest, conversion, and profitability); * Plan and execute local commercial initiatives and sales campaigns; * Ensure excellence in customer service and deliver the best shopping experience; * Control operational expenses and ensure compliance with internal policies; * Manage inventory, store layout, product display, and overall store organization; * Support billing, delinquency, and after-sales processes; * Conduct performance review meetings and action planning sessions with the team; * Represent the company within the local community, strengthening the brand and customer relationships.
