Job Summary:
Responsible for procurement of materials and services, supplier negotiation, tax-related document analysis and validation, and ensuring compliance in procurement activities.

Responsibilities
Procure materials, supplies, and services.
Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, commercial terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Analyze and validate tax documents related to procurement.
Verify NF-e, NFS-e, CFOP, CST, NCM, and tax rates.
Ensure tax compliance in procurement (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS).
Collaborate with tax/accounting teams to correct invoices containing inconsistencies.
Control purchase orders, monitor delivery status, and ensure SLA compliance.
Maintain an updated supplier database.
Support audits and accounting/tax closing processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in the Procurement area.
Mandatory tax knowledge, with focus on:
CFOP
NCM
ICMS, IPI, ISS
PIS and COFINS
Hands-on experience verifying and validating tax invoices.
ERP knowledge (TOTVS, SAP, Omie or similar).
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
Advantages

Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month
