If you have a solid background in logistics, know how to manage people, and see opportunity where others see complexity, we want to meet you. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Full management of logistics operations: inventory, stocktaking, productivity, and distribution * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams with a focus on results and people development * Control and analysis of logistics KPIs, with implementation of continuous improvements * Management of suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders * Ensuring compliance with the brand's operational processes and standards **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Proven experience leading logistics teams * Proficiency in inventory management, stocktaking, and logistics KPIs Desirable: * Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management * Experience in retail, manufacturing, wholesale, pharmaceutical, or e-commerce sectors * Familiarity with any ERP system (SAP or similar) * Experience in setting up operations **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** Willingness to travel
