Ensuring warehouse organization and workplace order We are looking for a **Logistics Leader** to oversee logistics operations, ensuring process organization and achievement of area results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the operational team; * Monitor goods receiving, storage, picking, verification, and dispatch activities; * Track productivity and achievement of operational targets; * Ensure warehouse and workplace organization; * Support resolution of operational incidents; * Monitor KPIs and propose process improvements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. **Requirements:** * Experience in the logistics field; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of storage, inventory, and dispatch processes; * Completed high school education (higher education or technical qualification in the field is desirable).
