Job Summary: A professional responsible for budgeting, purchasing, and managing vehicle parts and supplies, aiming to optimize costs and ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for budgeting and purchasing automotive parts and supplies. 2. Negotiating with suppliers to optimize prices, delivery times, and terms. 3. Managing inventory control and ensuring product and service quality. **AUTOMOTIVE PARTS BUYER POSITION** **Location:** Prado, Belo Horizonte – MG **Responsibilities:** * Prepare budgets and purchase parts/accessories and supplies for the fleet vehicles in support of the maintenance department; * Obtain price quotations from multiple suppliers to always achieve the best cost\-benefit ratio; * Monitor and validate the installation processes of accessories on fleet vehicles; * Verify and approve measurements and deliveries of services provided by suppliers; * Identify and onboard new suppliers to improve responsiveness and reduce costs; * Manage inventory control of parts and accessories; * Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms with suppliers; * Maintain updated purchase spreadsheets and cost reports; * Ensure the quality of purchased products and services, aligning with company standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed or in progress) in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM\. **Salary:** R$ 4\.500,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance/fuel subsidy, Meal/food allowance (R$ 595,00\), Health insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Benefits club.
