Implementation of management tools and leadership of a high-performance team * ### **Job Description** Procurement Manager: Main responsibilities / tasks: Lead strategic procurement planning, defining goals, KPIs, and departmental policies. Negotiate high-impact contracts, ensuring competitive commercial terms and long-term partnerships. Identify and develop strategic suppliers, evaluating performance and mitigating supply chain risks. Implement procurement management processes and tools (ERP, SRM, BI) to increase efficiency and transparency. Collaborate with departments such as Logistics, Registration, and Accounting to align requirements and priorities. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction. Lead and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Desired Skills / Competencies / Knowledge: Solid experience in strategic procurement and team management Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and manage suppliers. Knowledge of procurement management tools and data analysis (ERP, Excel, Power BI). Strategic vision, analytical thinking, and strong decision-making capability.
